Most technical issues have been addressed. In the latest
revisions, there has been issues with the font. The webpage
used the
font "Abadi MT Condensed." If your browser did not support this
font, it would not appear as intended, and will likely show the font as
"Times New Roman." This has now been addressed, and the font has been changed to the more common "Arial
Narrow." The banner on this webpage was crafted for
user with 800x600-pixel screen resolution, so it will appear
centered but narrower than the entire screen width on systems running
a finer resolution. Viewers using the Mozilla Firefox browser
may notice that the banner has been improperly trimmed by Firefox.
