Year: 1968 Model: Wayne Conventional on an International Loadstar chassis ID: 66 Owner/Operator: Mehlville School District R-9, St. Louis, Missouri Quoted from Todd's Email: Purchased along with Buses 65 and 67-73 in 1968 by the Mehlville School District R-9 in St. Louis, Missouri. These nine buses were the first 72-passenger buses in the fleet.
