1984 Thomas Chevrolet Conventional

 

Year: 1984 Model: 66-passenger Thomas Conventional (with 40 coach seats) on a Chevrolet C60 chassis with a General Motors gasoline engine, a manual transmission, and hydraulic brakes. Location: Heritage Baptist Church, Auburn Hills, Michigan If I recognize this bus correctly, I believe it spent its useful life as a church bus in nearby Pontiac, Michigan.  I was told this bus was beyond repair and was headed for the junk yard.  Upon my next visit, it was in fact gone.
