Purchased by Mehlville in 1972 along with Buses 11 and 12 and 14, and 16 and
17. These buses were delivered in 1972 with only a four-way flasher system. To
comply with revised Missouri state laws in the late '70s, these six buses were
each outfitted with an eight-way flasher system. Also, the number "15" on the
side of the bus was originally located just above the gas intake next to the
door. For some reason it was painted over in the late '70s and repainted just
under the passenger window by the door.
