Year: 1973 Model: Carpenter Conventional on an International Loadstar chassis ID: 23 Owner/Operator: Mehlville School District R-9, St. Louis, Missouri.  Operated from 1973 - 1983 or 1984. Location: St. Louis, Missouri Buses 18-27 were purchased by the Mehlville School District in 1973. They were the first buses in the District's fleet to feature an automatic transmission.
