You will notice that McFadden also rebadged Wayne buses in the 1970s. McFadden distributed Wayne buses, and then switched to Blue Bird before becoming Squires. Squires sold Blue Bird and turned into Midwest Transit, which recently switched to selling IC Corp. buses.
